I used to wear make up all the time. This included, foundation, cover-up, bronzer, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara. The works. On facebook, I did a ’30 day challenge’ where one of the days was ‘name your biggest insecurity’ It took some guts but I put a picture of me without any make up.  Ever since then it’s been a lot easier to not wear any make up. I’m starting to prefer myself without any at all now. I went from not going anywhere without make up on to hardly wearing any at all. It took baby steps but I did it. Now, my smile is all I need. 😀
