      Have you tried flavored water? There are lots of great options.

    Yes! I drink lots and lots of water. A good way to tell if you’re hydrated or not is by the color of your urine. If it’s pale yellow, you’re well hydrated.

    I love water! Drink it a lot. Being an athlete helps. And I did notice that my skin became a lot clearer when I started drinking more of it. Now I hardly get any zits. And it does make you feel better.

    Water also makes your iris bigger and gives you clear un-blood-shot eyes. I know it sounds weird and I did not believe it at first either until I tried to drink more water and see if my irises really got bigger… and though no I did not notice any difference right away, I could not help but notice my eyes looked super awake and.. happy. I started getting tons of complements on… MY EYES!

    I love water! I drink about 4 water bottles a day. Those facts are true, at least for me! It sure helps with all of that! Another thing water does is helps to make yourself feel more full before meals.
