Using a pickup line on me would get the opposite reaction than expected. If a guy used on on me to try and get me to go out with him or something, I wouldn’t. I am NOT a fan of pickup lines. I don’t know if I’m weird and in the minority or not, but they weird me out.
This one year at camp, this guy who had prayed with me the night before came up to me the next day and said the most basic one, but it was actually really funny. He said, “Hey! So I gotta talk to you. I was reading through numbers last night,” he said. “Oh, yeah! Love that book.” I responded. “And I noticed I didn’t have yours…” ? I was instantly like “ohhh, hahaha! Good one!” And then he started laughing. So I, trying to be nice about it because I was not interested in him, said we could just add each other as friends on YouVersion (Bible). I got out my phone and opened the app to which he responded by Touching my phone, closing that app, and going to the dial pad to put in his number. ?? it’s safe to say though, we didn’t chat after that. Hahahaha!

As someone who’s name is Grace, the “Amazing Grace” one is very repetitive and very annoying…
