This week on Girl Talk, a PI Girl wanted to know how to stay fit with a busy schedule.
It’s important to be disciplined in working out multiple times a week, even when we have busy schedules including work, school, internships, and balancing friendships and family. Life is full of different dynamics, but health should be a priority. If you don’t have the finances to go to the gym or to invest in healthy food, there are still ways to make it work.
Many of you ladies may not have extra money for a gym membership or may not want to pay that kind of money for exercise when you can go to the beach, the school track or a park locally. You can do workouts outside or you can take your laptop and go somewhere in your lobby of your dorm and gather some girls, or work out on the basketball court with your laptop doing “Blogilates.”
What is Blogilates, you may ask? Well, it’s Pilates online via YouTube videos with Cassey Ho, the Blogilates founder and fitness instructor. Click below to do one of her 30-minute workouts. I just love doing them!
