    It’s National Prayer Day! Watch These 5 Great Movie Clips Featuring Prayers

    Prayer is one of the most important aspects of our faith. Below are some examples of prayer that so many of us do on a daily basis. In honor of National Day of Prayer, we thought it would be fun to show these in movie-clip form!

    Rudy – “Waiting on God”

    We’ve all been there—waiting on God to answer our prayers. But, just as this clip suggests, we pray in our time, God answers in His time. Just an important reminder to us all!

    Bruce Almighty – “Surrendering to God’s Will”

    One of the hardest things to do is pray to God in which you surrender yourself to His will. In order to practice true faith, we must fully submit to God and trust that His will is the perfect thing for us.

    We all pray for God to help us in situations that are beyond our control. Remember that as a Christian, life isn’t perfect. Asking for God to intervene is an important practice and a reminder of who truly is in control!

    When we pray, God moves. This video clip is a reminder to PRAISE God, too! It’s a prayer and something we should be doing as much as we pray for help. God is good ALL the time!

Our faith in Christ can move mountains and it will if we stand together as one to pray for their deliverance from the hand of the enemy. They need our prayers more than anything else, because we serve an all powerful and omnipotent God who can deliver them!
