I love this picture of me. It was taken last week. My mom did my hair all fancy for prom. Even without makeup on, I feel incredibly pretty. It has taken me awhile to love my body and know that it is perfect. I have always been very tall ( I’m 15 and 6’0) and it can make me feel awkward. All of my friends are around 5’2. But in the last year I started going to an amazing youth group and we talked about how God made each of us exactly right. We are all beautiful and wonderful to God. Now instead of looking in the mirror and thinking “Your nose is too small, eyes to close together, bad teeth..” I think “Amazing, beautiful daughter of God.”
