I love Joel so much!!!! Crying now

When I saw For King and Country at Winter Jam this year, I wasn’t expecting to find my sense of self worth. When Joel began speaking about how loved we are, and how we deserve respect (as well as deserve to show respect), I just started crying so hard. I’ve never thought of myself as worth something. But now I understand that the God who made the Universe loves me more than I ever thought I could ever be loved! I actually bought the necklace he’s talking about in the video, and I love it. I’ve been able to explain what it symbolizes to a couple of non-believers, so perks for it doubling as a witnessing tool! Stay beautiful girls, and know that our Father in Heaven dreams of you!

    Great Message!
If we love the Lord so much, why are we concerned about dating?
    Deutoronomy 6:5
    Matt 6:33.
Real love is loving the Lord first. We love the Lord first by listening to the Word, taking action and fulfilling His will. that should be our upmost priority.
Dating and finding a husband is something the Lord brings to us, we do not need to seek advice on that.
Genesis 1.28: Be fruitful (Make yourself, bearing spiritual fruits- making your faith- which means- Make your relationship with the Lord stronger), Increase in Number – Increase physically- have a family.
SOme of us think “Be fruitful” is the Lord saying to have a family, why would the Lord say be fruitful and increase in number, if its the same thing.
    With all due respect:
The fundamental answers is from the Word, listening to the Word and connecting with the Lord through prayer – not a celebrity.

That was a really good message. We all deserve to be treated with respect in our relationships, and no one should tolerate an abusive relationship. Those necklaces were really cool, and I’m actually considering finding one with a US penny on it.

One a weird side note, his collar was distracting… It kinda bugged me, actually. Although otherwise, the video was fantastic.
