Justin Bieber’s New Album “Under the Mistletoe” Released Today!

I am so excited about Justin’s new album,”Under the Mistletoe,” which was released today! I already bought it and my favorite song is “Silent Night.” His voice is so beautiful and angelic sounding!

And the best part? He just announced Believe, his new charity drive! Justin will donate a portion of the proceeds from sales of “Under the Mistletoe” to charity and is encouraging his fans to donate as well. He lists seven charitable organizations — the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Pencils of Promise, Musicians on Call, Project Medishare for Haiti, City of Hope, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the Grammy Foundation — in the hopes of raising millions of dollars in donations.

According to a press release issued Tuesday, Bieber chose the organizations due to “their emphases on education, youth well-being and music.” Contributions also will be made to additional local charities in certain international markets. Fans can make donations through Bieber’s official site. He says:

I am launching the Believe Charity Drive because I know firsthand that if you believe in your dreams, everything is possible,” Bieber said in a statement. “The Believe Charity Drive directly benefits charities that are making a difference in the world. You can … donate as little as one dollar, or even donate your time, because everything will make a difference. Please join me in our quest to raise millions of dollars by the release of my new 2012 album, ‘Believe.’ I know that with your help we can make a change.

Of course, his charity drive isn’t the only bit of good work Bieber has been doing as of late. He recently made a pair of donations to an Ontario food bank where he grew up! He says:

“We donated $10,000 to the food bank [from] where I grew up, and I actually used to get food from there,” he said. “It was an incredible feeling, just because they were needing a lot of stuff, so it really meant a lot to me.”

The reason I like him so much is because Justin’s story is so inspiring, and he is one talented artist. He stands out among all the other celebrities because he strongly believes in giving back to society and actively sharing his faith in God when he knows millions of eyes are on him and looking up to him!

He’s also performing on Dancing with the Stars tonight!

What do you think? Are you a Justin fan? Are you going to buy his new album?

Ya, what about those pictures of Selena and Justin in Hawaii about to eat each other…..?

I’ve never really been too much of a Justin Beiber fan, mainly because nearly all of his songs encourage relationships/dating at a very young age. I don’t believe that young teens or even teens in highschool should go through all the distracting motions of being in a relationship, or being in love. It effects foundations in their maturity, relationship with their parents, with God, and it also distracts from needed studies or other things. Justin may not sponge up a lot of Hollywood concepts/lies, but he does accept the idea that it’s okay for very young people to date. (and even if he doesn’t intentionally present that message, it sure is getting to his young teen/kid audience.)

ugh. i dont dislike justin beiber i like his songs and i credit his Christ like character but i am not a huge fan. i honestly believe he is a bit overrated to be honest, there is so many girls throwing themselves at his, obsessing over him with posters of him plastered all over their wall and i cant help but wish people were that obsessed with Jesus Christ the true superstar, the true heart throb, the right one to worship.

Amen Siste! Jesus Christ is our God! He is our Beloved, are Lover!!! Where’s the passion and commitment and desire to know and love Him? Compared to how girls to Justin Bieber it’s like they’ve thrown Jesus and His Cross to the backseat of the car

I’m not a fan. I like One Direction. 😛 I used to be CRAZY about him, but I started reading stuff that Selena and he did and I’m not cool with it! I think he’s going down the wrong path. I’m so sorry that he is.

I think it’s great that he’s doing this, but sometimes I wonder if it’s all a “act” ya know? Some days it seems like he’s acting like the old Justin again and acting like a Christian and other days I’m convinced that he’s NOT a Christian! I know we all make mistakes and mess up, but somedays he REALLY doesn’t act like a good role model or a Christian.

I could find more, but I’m tired. I know you can’t believe EVERYTHING you read, but these seem real! I used to LOVE him, but he seems to be REALLY weird know. Hollywood is taking its toll on him….

BTW, if you are looking for a GREAT boy-band then check out One Direction. They have AWESOME music and ROCK! I LUV them! They are WAY better then Justin!

Not really a fan of Beiber… but I think he’s a good person. Practically a saint compared to the rest of hollywood.

Uh, you guys do know he has a kid and is sitting in jail for it right?

I’m so excited about the album. And I think all of the acts of kindness are awesome. My church just did a cool charity thing with our youth group. We did something called a Rake-and-Run. We went to members of the churches houses and their neighbors and we raked their yards for free. Its nothing like what Justin is able to do but it was a fun thing to do.

I just LOVE Justin Bieber I hate the rumors going around about him and I don’t necessarily like the moves he makes with Selena but I think he is doing pretty good with the fame he has and I love his Christianity and I hope he ALWAYS holds on to that. Go Justin!! I love you!!! And your faith!!!

  10. Posted by on November 4, 2011 at 15:35

Im not trying to be rude, I know Justin’s a Christian. But why doesn’t he act a little more like it? I haven’t heard of any of his songs glorifying God. And he doesn’t seem very outspoken about his faith. I am aware that Christian songs don’t get as much popularity and money then secular ones, but what does that matter? When you’re glorifying God with all you have?

    • Posted by on November 15, 2011 at 14:51

this is a great point! its not like im saying he isnt a Christian but he doesnt act it all the time with his pretty “steamy” make out pictures with selena in hawaii and the lack of at least a few songs glorifing God

  11. Posted by on November 4, 2011 at 13:28

I LOVE HIM SO MUCH!!! :0 <3 I am getting his CD sometime soon!

  12. Posted by on November 4, 2011 at 10:31

I love him…bought his album too…..the deluxe edition….all i know for sure is his mom is a pretty hard-core christian…Justin is somewhat lost right now but he’ll find his way. I’m a huge fan (:

While I’m not much of a fan of his music, I am a HUGE fan of the way he supports charities and God. I love the fact that his line of OPI nail polishes are not only stylish, but the proceeds (I’m not sure how much) go towards Pencils of Promise. I really have got to go find and buy one of his polishes! 😀

  14. Posted by on November 3, 2011 at 11:32

I’m not really a fan. I don’t understand his appeal. The way I see it, he’s just a person. I don’t get why so many girls go crazy over him. Plus, he may claim to be Christian, but some of the stuff I’ve seen lately- with him and Selena Gomez- goes against what I believe as a Christian, so I don’t know what to think.

  15. Posted by on November 2, 2011 at 19:28

Nicole, I don’t know if It’s just me but, don’t you ever wonder if they just do this to get more fans? Not just him……..?

    • Posted by on November 3, 2011 at 11:34

I always wonder that. I bet it is to some extent at least. I know celebs agents tell them they need good PR, so that’s why a lot of them do charities and stuff. I mean, come on, do you really think every person in hollywood would have their own charity otherwise?

      • Posted by on November 3, 2011 at 11:34

        Idk about Justin’s case though

    • Posted by on November 3, 2011 at 06:07

I was thinking the same thing. I wonder why celebs like to publicize their good deeds. It is great of course to donate money to charity; however, what is the purpose of showing off and making it public? It means more when one keeps his or her good deeds between them and God.

  16. Posted by on November 2, 2011 at 18:47

That’s on my Christmas list!! I was very excited because I was sure Justin would have some Christian Christmas carols on his cd 🙂

  17. Posted by on November 2, 2011 at 17:52

America NEEDS more celebs like him!!!! He is an amazing person before I just liked his voice and thought he was ok but I didn’t really like him but since I’ve found out about how he’s a Christian and stands for whats right, I really really am a fan!!!!!! 😀 I think I will buy the CD after all 🙂

i think jb is awesome! i can respect those who dont like his music but i dont think it is right to hate the guy. he is a devout (sp?) Christian!

Based on wat he’s been doing recently i dont want anything to do with him.. i liked him ok when he first came out, but after the tatoo i was like, “Um… no.” I admire all of the charity work he’s doing, but that doesnt make him a true Christian (i’m not being his ultamite Judge but most of the things he does is very questionable)… i’m NOT trying to offend ANY JB fans out there, & if your parents are ok with him thats ok. I’m just honestly exspressing my opinion…

I feel the same way too! Have you heard about what he says he’s been doing with Selena Gomez? Even if he is a charitable Christian, he needs to have stronger morals.

    • Posted by on November 3, 2011 at 11:37

I feel the same way! I was starting to wonder if anyone else did too….

      • Posted by on November 4, 2011 at 13:30

His tattoo is “Jesus” in Hebrew….

He’s all right. I love his song “Pray” although some of his older songs are really annoying. But his newer songs are good. It is so cool that he is a Christian and not afraid to show it…

For a while there, I actually hated him. (Not as a person, but as a celebrity.) I don’t listen to his music, but, considering what a good person he seems to be turning into, I might just try it sometime. =)

    • Posted by Nicole on November 2, 2011 at 09:54

aw that’s so great! thanks for being open!

      • Posted by on November 2, 2011 at 14:27

well, when he first started to become popular i was just like “meh, whatever. i don’t like or dislike him.” then i saw a clip of him on Ellen’s show and she said something along the lines of “So when we were backstage you said to me, “Hey, baby.” What, do you think you’re a player or something?” to which he responded “Yeah.” that was when i started to dislike him. glad he’s turned around =)

  25. Posted by on November 1, 2011 at 21:53

Oh goodness, I love the good things he does for people and I really like his voice! He actively acknowledges Christ in his life and I appreciate that. If only I could duet with him… singing my Jesus Muzik!

Poor kid! I liked justin.. but poor kid!!! he is being suffocated by justins hug!

  28. Posted by on November 1, 2011 at 19:06

I’m not really a huge fan of him. I’m more into rock and metal. I do, however, like the fact that he’s living for God and has stayed faithful to Him despite the temptations that are in Hollywood. 🙂

I used to think Justin Bieber was getting old with his brown hair flips and deep brown eyes. I’ve been an “off-on fan” of his. Ever since I realized how Christ-like he was, I’m so a fan! I’m so glad he’s that way! We need more celebrities like him! I’m DEFINITELY buying the CD!
