A little tip from your sister in Christ. My tip is to dress simple, but feminine and classy. When you dress simple, you become the accessory people stare at. When you dress very flashy, gody and try too hard, people stop looking at you but look at your clothes and how they are flattering your body. And honestly not all pretty clothes are flattering once you put them on. So like the old saying goes “less is more”. And during the holidays I would mostly focus on staying healthy and making sure you eat some fruits and veggies to balance the sugar. Then your beautiful God created face and skin will be dazzling and glowing. Be true, be you! =)

My holiday style tip is pretty simple! For church, if you wear a dress, make sure it hits the knees! I have a cute long-sleeve black and white dress with red on the bottom trim and sleeve trims. I wear black stockings underneath and reasonably high black high-heels. But, for like going to grandma’s house, I’m not about to wear a dress 😛 I would suggest something like black skinny jeans with a flowy, cream-colored top. And of course, there is nothing wrong with a few accessories. 🙂

My tip would be to never wear to much jewelry. If you wear dangle earrings, bracelets, and a necklace, you look like your trying to impress someone by your looks. The bible say in 1 Peter 3:3 “Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes.” Don’t wear your shirt to low either, no one wants to see that. It makes people feel uncomfortable when their around you. That’s not a good way to make friends.

<3 Jesus was my first love <3
P.S. I know I am a little late for this, my kindle was having troubles loading and the internet was getting fixed last night. I hope I still qualify, but I just wanted to get my tip out there. Thanks for reading. 🙂 God Bless, Amy

“What makes you most comfortable” is what suits you this holiday season over here in Nigeria Africa I will stay simple “its not winter or summer” it a season. called the harmanttan,so am not. Limited, but in all modesty should be included.
I will go with some nice bold and black clothes that enhances your color and curves. Also in my nigerian style I will get a six yard ankara print and sow a new lenght pattern gown. This fashion tip is for girls who aren’t into prints; these ladies can get a knee lenght gown with a small or no sleeves and a pair of platforms to match. Finally for jwelries I will get some eye catching ones, beads and costumes are in vogue they are quite affordable and chic.

My tips would be to always wear sparkly earrings! They pull together any Christmas outfit and and bring out the eyes. Also fun is to wear fluffy scarves, boots with tights with the Christmas dresses, and to put replace plain belts with ones with a bit of bling to them. Always find some red touch for the outfit too!

My biggest tip I have for people is to layer, layer, layer. Yes I know that sounds really really out hat, but it is true, instead of one tee shirt and a giant coat, try a long sleeve shirt and a couple of cute sweaters, sweatshirts, coats, etc. also this means adding accessories galore, hats or beanies, scarves, boots, gloves, and more, I would say buy a bunch of cute and comfy items and mix and match, don’t be afraid of color because it really makes you stand out in winter, but when layering don’t be afraid or making a mistake it is impossible go with your gut and make decisions on things you think are cute and then just have fun pulling stuff and being creative, because the more creative and comfortable you are the happier you will be, but just make sure you don’t sacrifice warmth for cuteness because that is never a good Idea! My main tip for layer though is scarves there are so many different varieties out there from skinny scarves to think scarves to wool scarves to fabric scarves and square scarves and infinity scarves and so many more so go and find your favorite (I suggest looking at target or Walmart for cheep but still cute and comfy ones) and then look up fun ways to tie them (YouTube it FILLED with how to videos) and just go for it, you will look super cute and be really warm as well, and bonus you can use them to cover your nose and face as well if it is really cold out there!!
    Hope this helps someone 🙂

Scarves, scarves, everywhere(they’re stylish AND they actually do keep you very warm), and leggings are AWESOME for when you want to still wear a dress(and also when when you don’t feel like … and they even add a little bit of modesty to the mix :). Pair them with some nice boots, and ooooooohhh laawwddyyy you will be lookin nice! *heehee*
Hats are always nice, too. I like to get cute beanies because they look good and if they cover your ears, they help with that, too.

If you live in a warmer area but still want to celebrate winter, you could still wear sweaters and stuff like that. Just use thinner open sweaters that don’t have full sleeves. 🙂 In fact, I prefer those over the itchy ones. ;P If you pair it with some layered tank tops underneath, it actually look really nice. Plus, you could add some Christmassy jewelry too! 😀 It’s actually a lot easier to dress modestly in the winter since you can have more layers. Layers are AWESOME!!!! I find that wearing scarves can hide some of that cleavage, and leggings and boots are great for short dresses. *Chiou! (I think that’s how you spell it…… I think I should know this, but oh well! IT’S OK PEOPLE I KNOW FRENCH!!! 😉 psh! yeeeeaaaahhhh riiight.

Ok, ok I promise I’ll stop talking after this!!! *pinky promise*
But another tip I have is for when you’re wearing flats and you don’t want your piggy toes to get cold, they make these little socks now that you can’t see and I don’t know what they’re called, but they’re teeeenny tiny and you can’t see them, but they provide a little bit of warmth. Also, you could try wearing tights with some brightly colored, sort of querky shoes with a matching dress, and that always looks great. And SOCKS ohmygoodness socks.are.amazing. TONS of them! No one has to know, just layer and layer and layer and nooooooooo one will notice. 😉

I don’t know about the rest of you ladies, but I always feel as if I’m rushing through things during the holiday season. I want to look cute (everybody seems to be snapping pictures), but don’t have time! The perfect solution: red lips. You look classy and put together, and swiping on red gloss or lipstick is way faster than applying several different shades of eyeshadow and eyeliner.

My holiday tip is this: spread God’s love to people everywhere you go every day and when you can! There are some many people who don’t know Jesus! Share His love with them by doing something nice for them! Like giving away food baskets and clothing to those in need! Have a nice holiday! 🙂 also you can never go wrong with holiday themed outfits! 😉

My favorite holiday style tip is to not follow the “you can’t wear white after labour day” rule. You can totally rock white during the winter, after all, it’s the colour of snow! Sequins/sparkle/glitter on white looks super cute, it’ll look like snowflakes (or glittering snow) right on your clothes.

If you go online or to the store you are bound to find so many adorable outfits for Christmas! But I think it is very important to really be careful. Immodest clothing is everywhere and I believe that wearing those outfits, though they may look cute, is not proclaiming that We Are Not Of This World. Jesus called us to be set apart and dressing immodestly is just blending into this fallen world! Non-Christians are always looking to us to see what we do, say, and wear. We can set ourselves apart and still look totally amazing this Holiday Season! So my Holiday Style Tip is to be careful and look adorable but still be modest! Merry Christmas everyone!

My style tip for the holidays is to to turn summer and fall dresses into winter dresses by adding warm tone tights and cardigans. This also adds more modesty to the clothing while still looking cute for the holidays. Adding accessories like scarfs, beanies, head wraps, and sparkly jewelery also add to the fun. It’s all a great way to save money and use your clothes year round by creating outfits with what you already have.(:
