My eyes are my favorite thing about myself. You can’t tell in the picture, but I have really long eyelashes naturally and people are always complimenting me on them. I wear makeup everyday: powder, eye liner, mascara and everything else. Since I’m kinda heavy I feel that if my body can’t be beautiful, then at least my face can which is why I usually wear makeup. Another reason is because I don’t have perfect skin and sometimes it is not pretty at all. Some days I do feel like I shouldn’t wear all the makeup because it isn’t what I really look like and I feel fake.

    1. I feel I can relate so much to you in everything you say in your comment. My eyes are my favorite thing in that they are a pretty green gray, but I do have dark circles under my eyes naturally and don’t have that good of skin so I don’t feel pretty at all. That is why I wear foundation and eye makeup to bring out my eyes, but I really do want to embrace the way God made me and not worry about how I look on the outside. I feel the same way in wearing makeup and how I feel fake, I always had insecurity issues and not feeling pretty, but I know that with God, I can overcome it and find confidence through Him. I know I am not alone with this and just wanted to let you know:) And to let you know you are still beautiful without makeup, you really are.
