Modest Is Hottest: Celebs Are Cute and Comfy Off the Red Carpet!

Ladies, don’t let worldly fashion dictate the way that you dress. Don’t lose yourself in the trends that epitomize the immodesty of our culture. Stay strong in your Christian morals, including modesty, and take the lead in fashion.

I pray you enjoy this week’s Modest Is Hottest weekend wear, as well as the matchup below!

I love baggy sweaters with fitted pants. They have such a cute and comfy feel, don’t you think? This pale pink is adorable!

This is a cozy look. The double-breasted gray coat is classy with the black pant. And I love the addition of the hat! Don’t you just love how a hat completes a look so perfectly?

This casual shirt under a puffy vest looks lovely over a pair of blue jeans. I also like the gold chain purse slung across the outfit.

    Now for our modest matchup!

Last month, Jamie Grace’s yellow Western dress won our Modest Is Hottest poll. So I went in search of a similar outfit that could help you get her look!

How about this adorable yellow dress? It matches the fit-and-flare design of Grace’s dress, as well as the collar feature. Add a bolo tie, like the one below, and a fun pair of black cowboy boots and you have Grace’s look. What do you think?

Which of our three modest looks is your favorite?

    1. I LOVED the first one (where’s the poll vote thingy, though?? O.o ), but the third seriously looks like something out of my closet…. I’ve quite a few puffy vests like that, in both solids and even plaid… my fav thing is to pair em w/ either a plain turtleneck or long-sleeved shirt though 🙂 But, I would LOVE to know where to get that sweater from the first one, as well as the adorable booties!
