My New Fashion Video — Modest Style for Christian Teen Girls!

Hi girls! I’m really excited to share with you my first video in my new closet. I hope you like all the pieces I chose from Kohl’s and Target!

Everyone who comes in from Project Inspired gets 10% off online purchases from Kohl’s through October! The discount code in the checkout is UBLOGTEN.

Also, I am giving away a Michael Kors perfume set to one winner who posts a comment at my YouTube channel (on the YouTube video itself).  You have to include your Project Inspired username! Only the first 200 usernames posted will be in the contest. As soon as I reach 200, I will draw the winning number on Facebook! (your number will be what comment you are in the line.)

I hope you like this video! What would you like to see in upcoming videos? xoxo Nicole

While I like the idea of modest fashion (for Christians and non-Christians alike) I have to say I find the top you’re wearing in the video very tight and not-so-modest. It pretty much shows everything and I don’t find that modest. How are you defining modest?

That has got to be the biggest closet I have ever seen! Now I know why I never have anything to wear: my closet is like 10x smaller 😉

SUCH an awesome video. I love clothes (probably WAY too much!), so this was so much fun to watch.

I’ve noticed that JC Penney’s also has a lot of affordable stuff too–but I don’t shop in the juniors’ department. (Haven’t been able to do that since age 12.) But, if you know where to look, you can find a lot of cute stuff! They have great brands of jeans there too.

I also shop at Goodwill…haha. Obviously, that’s REALLY affordable, and I’ve found some really great stuff there. And the plus is that everything’s already been washed, so nothing will shrink when you put it in the dryer. I have a terrible time with my clothes shrinking.

i know i ask alot of questions on the comment bar. but i am really curious about stuff. well, i have another question. i keep on sinning, and thinking bad thoughts, every time i see someone they seem so much more better than me. i want to stop sinning but it’s an inescapeable part of life on earth. but is there any way that i can possibly limit of how much i sin? and if there is, how do i do that? am i the only one out there that has ever felt this way? because in all honesty, i remember that God is my bestfriend, but i seem to forget that he is also my Lord and my Savior.

In my upcoming book “Freeing Tanner Rose,” I focus the story around the scripture: “There has no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that you are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it. (1 Corinthians 10:13) Simply, this means that you can resist any temptation with the strength of your will and God’s strength. But you have to resist it. We are all tempted is some form or fashion. And no person is better than another. We are just living different lives with different gifts and blessings and different struggles and challenges. You need to focus on you and your life and your relationship with God. And God’s not going to stop you from sinning. Sin is your choice. But He will give you strength to resist it if you ask. But don’t expect it to be easy. I hope that this helps. God bless you.

I would enjoy a video explaining how to know what pieces of clothing may work together. I have a small amount of clothing, but have trouble matching pieces together. Maybe I’m buying the wrong things. Sometimes nothing seems to look right when I’m picking what to wear. Thanks, Nicole!
