This holiday season, there are some exciting new artists and some familiar ones who are releasing albums for Christmas. Some of our favorites range from Amy Grant to Lauren Daigle. Check them out!

Top New Favorite Christmas Songs Playlist

1. Jenny & Tyler, “Winter Wonderland”: Jenny & Tyler are a Nashville folk duo who have recently released their new Christmas project called Christmas Stories. Check out their single off their album below! Let’s get into the Christmas spirit!

2. Christy Nockels, “Oh Come Oh Come Emmanuel”: Christy Nockels is a well-known Christian worship artist who has been on the top of the charts for songs like “Waiting Here for You” and others. Listen to her rendition of a holiday classic, “Oh Come Oh Come Emmanuel”:

3. Lauren Daigle, “Light of the World (Behold Version)”: Lauren Daigle, one of my favorite Christian artists, released her FIRST-ever Christmas album entitled Behold. Click here to hear the 10-track album on iTunes. “Light of the World” is so powerful and is a unique Christmas worship track. Get ready to be blessed after hearing this one. Daigle does it again!

4. Matt Redman, “Angels (Singing Gloria)”: Matt Redman is a major name in contemporary Christian worship music and an in-demand songwriter. Recently, he released a new Christmas album entitled These Christmas Lights. The song I want to share with you has Chris Tomlin on the track, and it’s called “Angels (Singing Gloria).” Listen here:

5. Brandon Heath, “The Day After Thanksgiving”: Brandon Heath has a new Christmas album entitled Christmas Is Here. The singer-songwriter has made an impact with songs like “Give Me Your Eyes” and “Jesus in Disguise.” Check out his new song called “The Day After Thanksgiving” here:

6. Audrey Assad, “Winter Snow” and “Midwinter”: Audrey Assad did an amazing job vocally on the “Winter Snow” track, which was featured on Chris Tomlin’s album Glory in the Highest a while back. She is back with more Christmas classics and more sultry vocal tones that are soothing for the holiday season and are like Ingrid Michaelson-meets-Sara Bareilles. Listen to “Midwinter” here.

7. Chris Tomlin, “Glory in the Highest”: Chris Tomlin has sold over 30 million records and is one of the most humble and influential worship leaders of our day. His album Glory in the Highest isn’t new, but is one of my ALL-TIME favorite Christmas worship albums! It is so anointed and just ushers you into the holiday season and reminds you really what Christmas is all about…which is Jesus.

8. Sidewalk Prophets, “What a Glorious Night”: The Sidewalk Prophets released a Christmas album, Merry Christmas to You, in 2013. The album is upbeat and has a unique take on the Christmas jingles we all love, and there are some originals you may enjoy as well. Listen to their track “What a Glorious Night” below:

9. Pentatonix, “A Pentatonix Christmas”: This vocal group made its mark on society in the music industry through the show The Sing-Off, and also made a lot of fans from YouTube. They have amazing harmonies and melodies, and have done much of their singing a cappella. Check out their take on “Oh Come, All Ye Faithful” here:

10. Hillsong Young and Free, “Noel”: One of my favorite worship bands is any Hillsong worship band, but this Christmas track is definitely one of the top upbeat remixes. I love their take on the classic song “Noel.” Hope you enjoy and start to get into the Christmas spirit!
