We want to hear all about who you like! Let’s collaborate to see whose work we enjoy and are inspired by most!

    1. I am a huge fan of sports, so most of my guy role models are athletes. My three biggest athlete role models are Seth Curry, Mason Plumlee, and Ryan Kelly who are seniors at Duke University. Not only are they amazing basketball players, but they are also very open about their faith!!

    2. SCOTTY McCreery is amazing! He’s a new country singer and he is a Christian. He has very good morals and does not cuss or do thibgs other country artists do. He is part of the “I am Second” which puts God firsts and himself second. He is someone to look up too!

    3. I love Adrian Pederson. He’s just… AMAZING! And he has a tattoo with a bible verse on it. He’s not afraid to admit that he is Christian and thanks God for where he is at almot every chance he can get

    4. I love all the actors in The Lord of the Rings, especially Elijah Wood and Sean Astin. I am also a fan of Captain America (Chris Evans) and Liam Hemsworth because they are SO NICE-LOOKING! I don’t really follow whether actors are jerks or ‘Christians’ because I tend to doubt their genuineness… I mean, look at Justin Bieber. At first he seemed like a really straight-walker, but now it seems like Hollywood is messing him up pretty good. Of course, only God can know their hearts – another reason why I don’t like actors/actresses/singers based on the way they act in public. Although I do pay attention to the movies they agree to be in and the lyrics to their songs, so maybe that isn’t completely true?

    5. My favorite actors are Kirk Cameron, David Tennant, and Christopher Eccleston. 🙂 I don’t follow the gossip, though, so I really couldn’t tell you anything about them, except perhaps what movies/tv shows they’ve been in.

    6. I’m a huge sports fan and I really, really admire Tim Tebow. I also really like Marcus Mariota. He’s the quarterback at the University of Oregon. I don’t think a lot of people really know who he is yet, since he’s only a freshman, but he’s an awesome football player, and from what I’ve seen, he looks like someone you could look up to.

    7. I think that Robert Downey Jr. is really cool. His story is so neat. He was really messed up and stuck in drugs, in and out of jail, etc., and turned His life around. Not only that, but he actually went back into acting after that! It seems like lots of stars get messed up, and IF they ever get back on track, they usually just disappear from view or something. So, I think it’s neat that he was able to make a comeback afterwards.

    8. I really love Justin Bieber, Austin Mahone, and Ryan Beatty. They all have “clean” music and great voices!(: Chris Tomlin is also really cool! 😀 I love his song Sing, Sing, Sing! 🙂

    9. I’m not really into actors, singers, and athletes. I like writers! My favorite famous guy is Lloyd Alexander. 🙂 (If I was to pick from actor, singer, and athlete, I’d pick my favorite actor Jimmy Stewart.)

      • I don’t really like to use famous people as role models though. I don’t know what they’re really like since I don’t really know them. I prefer to use people I know and talk to in my day to day life to use as examples of how to live. (I do have writing role models, too, but they’re people I really respect for their writing and style, not necessarily their lives–though both of them seem like great people from all I’ve read about them, too.)

    10. Andy Biersack, Ashley Purdy, CC, Jinxx, Jake Pitts, Gerard Way, Frank Iero, Ray Toro, Mikey Way, Vic Fuentes, Mike Fuentes, Jaime Preciado, Tony Perry, Kellin Quinn, Jesse Lawson, Justin Hill…the list is endless ;-; <3

    11. G DRAGON!!! He is so handsome, and talented. He is from Korea, but known for his fashion all the way to Paris, the fashion capital! He is the leader of Big Bang and he writes most of their material and produces it. Its my dream to work with him someday!

If you would care to sample my favorite song “Haru Haru” from Big Bang is excellent! It’s beautiful!

Honestly though he is a poor role model, but still not as bad as some by American standards.

    12. Jordy Nelson! If you are a Green Bay Packers fan, then you’ll know who he is. I may be a little biased but he is on the board of my family’s charity and grew up in my church. Plus, I’ve meet him personally a couple of times. Amazing Christian guy who is always looking for a way to glorify God.

    13. Cory Asbury – was a singer for the International House of Prayer (IHOP) and he’s a fabulous man of God. Also, Lou Engle. He is a speaker and his words touch my heart. He is a gifted man of God. They both do so much for the kingdom.

    14. Even though he’s not a christian, I love Andy Biersack. Not only is he as fantastic singer he’s incredibly inspirational in the fact that he doesn’t give a crap what people think of him and is who he wants to be and encourages his listeners to do the same. Also John Green. A fantastic writer and utterly hilarious.

    15. Hugh Jackman. That Les Mis performance. And his life just reflects a truly good and loving heart. Married to one woman for more than 15 years, with two kids, always good-natured, sweet, and gentlemanly. All this from a guy who’s also Wolverine.

    16. I really admire Justin Timberlake since he was in NYSNC and how he is today. He sings so many good love songs. What goes around comes around is my favorite. If I had a favorite christian singer for a male it would be Mark from Casting Crowns.

    17. I really like Eoin Macken from BBC’s Merlin. Ooh, and Ben Barnes (Caspian in the Narnia movies). Of course, David Tennant and Matt Smith are pretty awesome, too. And the guys from Lord of the Rings and Duck Dynasty. Gosh, there are so many good ones out there… haha 🙂

    18. I really love John Schlitt (he’s a rock singer, famous from classic Christian rock). He’s my #1 favorite person of all time (and I’m meeting him in June!!!!) And I also love Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. If only they were Christians!

    19. I truly love Tom Hiddleston. He’s such a great person. He spent about a week in Guinea seeing the work that UNICEF has done with the children there. Along with that, he truly cares about his fans. Plus, he’s a wonderful actor!

    20. There are so many hockey players that I could name as great role models for young men, and other hockey players. In my opinion they are the most respectable professional athletes. You never hear about them getting DUIs, getting busted for drugs, getting kicked out of clubs, abusing their significant others etc. I have met a lot of Christian pro hockey players such as Drew Miller, Justin Abdelkader, David Booth and they are such great guys. I’m even number 20 just like Drew Miller because he is my favorite player. Even the college athletes that we are constantly around are great people. I’m so glad that my brother has such great guys to look up to!

    21. Joel Courtney! He is the best, just look him up. He was in Super 8, and he’s a Christian. Also just to throw out a few more names: Kirk Cameron, Johnny Depp, the One Direction kids, Tim Tebow, Tom Hanks, Tim Allen,C.S. Lewis, Rhett and Link, and Jonason Pauley…. wait what was the question again?

    22. I was thinking of Max Irons when I answered these questions. 🙂 He keeps his private life private, so I don’t know if he’s religious. But in all his interviews he’s been just a genuinely sweet and kind person, and I’d definitely love to meet him someday. 😀

    23. I really like Robert Downey Jr(Hes just so funny xD)Aidan Turner( mainly just for looks….and the Irish accent.)David Tennant(The DOCTOR :D) Sean Astin(Samwise Gamgee^_^)Martin Freeman(Hey….hes Bilbo,..AND John Watson.) Chris Evans is just awesome, and then theres Tom Hiddleston. Hes not a christian, but he is so sweet and polite. He said that his first job was a waiter, and peope would be so unbelievably rude, so he promised to himself he would never be purposely rude to anyone, especially people who were kind enough to serve him things. Once eh brought a thermos of hot tomato soup to a reporter who had to stand out in the cold all day. Hes always doing nice things like that ^_^

    24. The One Direction boys! They tell girls they are beautiful and are sweet! Plus they’re very good looking 🙂 lol and they’re funny and have a good attitude! And they’re protective over the people they love <3
