Q&A – What’s the Real Scoop About Celebrities?

    Question:

What’s the real scoop about celebrities? Should I want to be like one?

    Answer:

Well, that’s an interesting question! It depends on what kind of celebrity you wish to be. There are wonderful, inspirational celebrities who lead by example and are unafraid to show their faith in God. Justin Bieber is one of them. I believe he is going to do amazing things in this world. So yes, celebrities can be a force of good.

But there are other celebrities who have chosen to share satanic messages (think Lady Gaga) and crude lyrics (think Nicki Minaj). This is the kind of celebrity no one should emulate.

And finally, there are celebrities who have been so damaged by The Devil’s Playground that they serve as a good argument for staying away from Hollywood…think Heidi Montag and Amy Winehouse…unless you have the inner strength to guide you away from a destructive path. Read my story, and decide for yourself. Do you still really wish to become a celebrity? If you do, then don’t focus so much on being famous…focus on using your God given talent to make the world a better place. With that kind of drive and inner peace, fame may very well come to you, and you’ll have a chance to use your fame for good.

    1. God is the real celebrity, and he does not always get the credit he deserves, and he deserves it all. If you want to be a celebrity, do it for the glory of God.ALWAYS BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU DO IF YOU BECOME A CELEBRITY,BECUASE PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS WATCHING YOU! A lot of people tend to want to be like a certian celebrity, and they copy them,so do godly things that deserve to be copied.

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.(1 Corinthians 10:31)

    2. I look up to people like Eddie Vedder,Robert Plant, Chris Cornell, Axl Rose, etc. People who create art through music and aren’t afraid to stand up to the media for being a bunch of money hungry fiends

Especially Eddie Vedder. Writing an entire album with Pearl Jam on how bad George Bush was – that is what I call awesome! 🙂

Eddie stands up for what he believes in (getting this country on track, pro-choice, the innocence of the West Memphis Three, etc.) It is refreshing to have someone who through art and self expression makes this world a better place 🙂

    3. Hey Nicole, first off, thank you so much for everything you do on this website. It’s refreshing to see someone like you making a difference in the world, and bringing people closer to God. Second, I just wanted to know if u have met any celebrities like justin bieber or selena gomez?

    4. I use to love listening to Lady Gaga & then one day accidently the music got played backwards on one of her songs . Then I relized that her music was bad( the songs also give in inappropriate message as it is , I should have thrown it away along time ago) and i threw her tracks away. Im happy i did 🙂

    5. This article helped a lot! my best friend and i really want to be actresses 🙂

Honestly though, I’d say JB isn’t all that great. Have you seen his new Boyfriend video? 🙁 I think his mom is a Christian but I’m not sure about him…
Some of the celebrities I look up to are: Colton Dixon, Taylor Swift and the celebrity I most look up to would be you Nicole! 🙂
