School Hacks: Highlighting and Studying the Bible

This month, I thought that YouTuber Jordan Lee Dooley did a great job sharing her tips on how to study the Bible with different colors and highlighters. She uses a Bible that has large margins called the ESV Single Column Journaling Bible. You can get this Bible on Cross Way Books or Amazon. She suggests using a commentary Bible while studying, and she uses the Blue Letter Bible and the LOGOS Bible App, which helps with Hebrew and the Greek.

Watch Dooley share how she studies the Bible (note hacks, tips and brighten your Bible study):

Dooley shares her blog called the “Soul Scripts” and her online sisterhood group, which is at members.thesoulsscripts.com/join-thesisterhood! You can follow Dooley online at Facebook and Instagram @soulscripts or or her personal Instagram @JordanLeeDooley.

PI Girls, what Bible translation do you use? Do you prefer hard-copy Bible reading or app reading? I tend to like to underline and highlight, because it helps me to process it better. In addition, I love writing down verses and notes. Do you journal when you study and read God’s Word?

Comment below if you have any Bible study hack tips!

I love to mark my Bible. Every verse is special and I love to mark verses so I can find them again. I use differant colored highlighters.
After researching, with other’s help, I have come to the conclusion that the King James Version is the most accurate Translation in English of the holy Bible.
