School Official Who Talked Gunman into Surrendering: “I Give It All to God”

Ladies, I have an amazing story to share. Last week a gunman entered a school in Atlanta, Georgia and took a school employee hostage. The woman, Antoinette Tuff, was fearful for her life, but remained calmed and eventually defused the situation.

Her amazing courage not only saved her own life, but also the lives of the many children and teachers at the school. When labeled a hero, she responded:

“I give it all to God. I’m not the hero. I was terrified…Through His Grace and mercy I [kept it together]” (Antoinette Tuff).

    Check out the story here:

Ladies, I’ve often stated that God is bigger than everything, and this is a prime example. Tuff feared for her life, but she knew that God was her strength, and if anyone could save her, it would be Him.

“The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusts in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart exults, And with my song I shall thank Him.” (Psalm 28:7)

Ladies, how often do you let go and let God be your strength?

    1. Why do people always say that medication is the cause for someone going “crazy” and wanting to kill people. It isn’t a physical condition. It is a lot of hurt and bitterness that has built up and is the result of physical conditions and actions. Spirit, Body, and Soul are all connected (they all effect each other). Poor guy.:( That lady is an awesome woman of God to have discernment like that!
