Sometimes it’s so easy to focus on everything that’s not right, everything that we aren’t that we forget to pause and think about all the beautiful ways God has crafted us and blessed us. Everything that has brought us this far.⠀

God made no mistakes when He uniquely and intricately formed and fashioned each one of us. We are beautiful in His eyes, which means we can delight in and rest in that truth, forsaking the cultural pull to constantly "be more.”⠀

Renewing our minds through God’s Word and Spirit

Renewing our minds through God’s Word and Spirit replaces negative thoughts with God’s truth.⠀
⠀
You may have heard this verse: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” (Romans 12:2)⠀
⠀
If you want to know God’s will, you must renew your mind. Renewing our mind requires replacing worldly, fleshly thoughts with thoughts from the mind of Christ. Paul describes these in Philippians 4:8 as fixing your thoughts on “whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”⠀

These are the kinds of thoughts we are to embrace. These thoughts renew our minds, which opens our eyes to the will of God! ⠀

No matter where you are, today we want to remind y

No matter where you are, today we want to remind you that God isn't absent from your trials. He is with you and for you.⠀

He uses every opportunity to teach, equip, and grow you according to the purposes He has for your life. He is on your side. Emotions change constantly- including how we sometimes feel about ourselves. Yet that never changes how God feels about you.⠀

His faithfulness is based on who He is and His promises for you is based on His word. He chose you and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:23). So we can praise Him right where we are for who He is and what we can expect him to do in our lives 🙌⠀

You've never met a single person that God didn't care about.⠀⠀

Jesus said that the commandments could be wrapped up into the two most important commands: to love God and love people. These are the basic foundations of the believers' faith.⠀

It can be all too easy to slip away from the basics. We can quickly get caught up in debates on theology or puffed up in showcasing our knowledge of scripture amongst other believers, but we have to consistently bring ourselves back to the basics.⠀

How well am I loving God? How well am I loving the people around me and those I come into contact with? How we treat people in love is a universal language. And without it we are nothing but a clanging symbol. ⠀

Let’s be honest, it can be hard to walk by faith when everything in your reality seems to be working against you.⠀
⠀
In these dry or turbulent seasons we’re reminded of Abrahams's faith in Romans 4:18 where these words stand out, “Even when there was no reason for hope, Abraham kept hoping.” Whew!⠀
⠀
What if starting today, like Abraham, you began to claim “Even though there is no reason to hope, I choose to keep hoping.” What if you decided to make faith a choice- because let’s face it, faith isn’t always our natural response. In the face of our greatest doubts, sometimes it will have to be an active choice. A choice to believe God is who He says He is and will do what He said He will do because He is faithful to keep His promises.⠀

We hope you're able to safely enjoy your day with family and friends. In these unprecedented times, we continue to pray to see God's hand in our nation and reflect on the soul-freedom He mercifully gave in His grace through Jesus Christ.⠀
⠀
For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom (2 Corinthians 3:17). While we are thankful for our freedoms on this Earth, we are also eternally grateful for the freedom that's found in Jesus. We see that the heart of God is one of liberty and righteousness and we can be this same extension to the world around us. Amen?⠀

Have you given your day to God yet? Believe it or not, God is interested in every detail of your life, just like the Father that He is. Those things that concern you, big or small, He’s invested in because of His love for you. ⠀

When you rest on His mind, He can’t help but want to give you the best direction for your life. You should know that right now God wants to guide you in the details. His thoughts of you are endlessly precious because He cares for you. Not only are you not forgotten, but you are watched over and cared for every moment of every day.⠀

We can rest in Jesus' power and His might knowing at the end of the day all things are in His hands.⠀

In Matthew 28:18 Jesus proclaims to His disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth."⠀

When we walk with Christ, we are trusting in a power that supersedes all else. We are trusting in a power that has already overcome this world. So when He tells us to trust in Him because He's already overcome the world, He can handle it. ⠀

He is sovereign and fully equipped to help us overcome. The good news about all of this is that we no longer have to rely solely on our own strength or wisdom. He's got you girl!⠀

God knows what we need in every way because He made us. He can be trusted.⠀

He is the only stable, unchanging factor in this world because He is not of this world! We can turn to Him every step of the way, trusting that The Lord knows our needs better than we do.⠀

He is sovereign enough to fill our souls, redeem our hearts and carry us in perfect love. When we turn to Him wholeheartedly we find the depths of what our heart desires because they were crafted by Him- and nothing can take His place. ⠀

My soul is content in knowing that my worth, value

My soul is content in knowing that my worth, value and my soul belong to Jesus. It’s all because of Him. Have you given your life to Christ?⠀

How much money we accumulate, how successful we may be or what possessions we have will not matter at the end. We are only on earth for 85 years (and oftentimes not even that much) and that’s it. We are just passing through, but who we are as women of God and our souls will be what lasts forever in eternity. Your life and your choices as a woman matter and have eternal consequences. Either with Jesus, or not. I know for sure that my life and soul will be in heaven. Are you sure too? It’s too big of a risk to be unsure. I’m praying you are my sister in Christ and we can be together in heaven one day. 🙏🏼⠀

When our desires seem stronger than obedience, victory only comes through Christ. ⠀

He is the one who conquered the desires of this world and who's Spirit dwells within us. It is only by aligning our will with His that we consistently defeat the temptation to hold onto the things that God calls us to let go of for our good.⠀
⠀
If you've ever wondered why you need to read your Bible, here it is: to expose yourself to the heart of God. When you continually expose your eyes, ears, and Spirit to the Spirit of God as revealed in His Word, you're equipping yourself for these battles.⠀
⠀
And when you aren't sure what choice to make, pray that God will make it clear to you, talk with those of wise counsel and godly wisdom around you and trust that His plan is the best.⠀

God is able to do beyond what you are asking or hoping for (Ephesians 3:20, Hebrews 11).⠀
⠀
Remember this is a walk by faith and not by sight. Instead of being defined by your situation, look to Jesus. Yes, sometimes life is frustrating when we are waiting on an answer, but it doesn’t seem to come. Maybe that’s why David asked, “How long, oh Lord?” We all feel this way sometimes, but we have to choose to trust and walk in faith. Faith is the things unseen that we hope for (Hebrews 11).⠀
⠀
One of the best ways to grow confidence in the Lord is to record your prayer requests—and then record His answers. Consider using a journal for this purpose. Write the request in black and, when God answers, write the answer in red and date it. You can flip back through these notebooks to see God’s faithfulness and be encouraged for the future!⠀
⠀
1 Peter 3:12 says that God does hear our prayers even when we don’t feel like He does or even when we don’t see results. Trust in God. He is so faithful.⠀
