Singer Jamie Grace Gets Married, Releases Music Video and Launches a Podcast!

Singer-songwriter Jamie Grace, best known for “Hold Me” and “Beautiful Day” (featuring TobyMac), just got married to her wonderful fiancé, Aaron Collins. She didn’t believe in dating before she got hitched; instead, she believed in building a pure, intentional, godly friendship in Christ and being equally yoked. Jamie Grace has been a role model to many PI girls, including me, as she is an amazing singer and so talented in many areas. She has remained steadfast in all that she has done for the Lord.

She recently wrote a song called “Wait It Out” and created a music video from some of her wedding clips from her special day, which I will share below. The song is basically saying to wait for the one who will be the prince that God has for you. Ya better wait it out than settle for someone who will stunt your growth in Christ, amen?!

Check out her new music video, “Wait It Out,” below.

Jamie Grace recently released a YouTube video called “I Married My First Boyfriend” after getting married to her best friend.

She wrote beneath the video: “I don’t think there are rules to which conversations to have and which timeline to follow. Yet I am passionate about being intentional with matters of the heart. There were times where I wouldn’t go on a 2nd or 3rd date because morals or convictions didn’t line up and I started to worry I was being too picky…

“However, when Aaron showed up, I realized that there WERE guys out there who were worth waiting for.

“Aaron isn’t my validation for who I am or will become. But his hopes, dreams, passions, convictions, morals and values inspire me to be the best I can be and I feel absolutely privileged that we complement—and not complete—each other.”

Check out the podcast “Wait It Out!” (Some apps may call it “Team Single” until June 1.)
