Superstar’s Bus Goes Up in Flames and Sets the Stage for a Miracle

If you’re a Lady Antebellum fan, you’re likely already well-aware that the musical group’s tour bus quite literally went up in flames while cruising down an insterstate just east of Dallas. The culprit? A blown tire. Luckily, the vehicle’s most precious cargo, superstar Hillary Scott, her husband and tour manager, were shaken, but unharmed by the incident (fans—rejoice!).
Of course, judging by the photos posted in a Fox article below, “luckily” comes off as a definite understatement, leading the ever-Godly singer to conclude that the big guy up top was lookin’ out for her and hers when the catastrophe struck.
But the miracle doesn’t stop there. In fact, it’s two-fold. Check what Hillary had to say about the fire herself after catching a glimpse of photos from the scene:
I just got this picture from the scene of the fire and HAD to share this. Today, when our bus caught on fire we had quite a few personal belongings in the back (where I was asleep before evacuating the bus) one of them being my Bible. I kid you not, EVERYTHING in the back lounge was destroyed from the flames, except my Bible. The outside cover was burned and messed up but NOT ONE PAGE was missing. Yall, God’s Word will always stand. He is FOR YOU, WILL PROTECT YOU, AND HIS LOVE FOR YOU WILL NEVER FADE. My faith is forever deepened because of today. I hope this story deepens yours. -hills
As you can see, Hillary’s close call only deepened her relationship with God. Talk about a positive outlook, and one we can all learn a thing or two from.
The lesson? When life gives you lemons, remember they came from God.
