    1. 1. I love oldies!! I actually have a 130+ vinyl record collection that I listen to a bunch! Other than that, I like Christian Worship music.

      2. Definitely Güngör. (or The Beach Boys)

      3. Surprisingly, I don’t like female singers too much. I don’t know why. Maybe I’ll go with a Lisa Gungor

      4. Oh goodness! So so many! There’s BJ Thomas (who is a born again Christian!!) ANDY WILLIAMS, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Michael Gungor, Neil Diamond, Neil Sedaka, Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett…I could go on. I love the old male 50s/60s singers!

      5. I think it’s okay to listen to non-Christian music as long as they are not singing about subtly ungodly things. I like listening to records because 98% of the songs are completely clean!! I can go to the store, buy a record by someone I’ve never heard of before, and it’ll be completely clean! I’ve even been surprised by finding CHRISTIAN songs on records I would have never guessed!! I do not listen to any non-Christian mainstream. I think that stuff is just way too gross.

      6. Every Sunday at church! Haha! But really, I’ve never been to a concert besides Acquire The Fire, but I’ve been there three times (this year will be the fourth) and I’ve seen quite a few people there.

      7. I listen mostly in my bedroom. My record player is in there. Even though I have an iPhone, I don’t have any earphones so if I listen to music from here, it has to be either plugged into the chord in the car or on my iHome, which is also in my room.

      8. I don’t really buy CDs. I always get my stuff from iTunes. I buy records second hand at thrift stores, but I have had some given to me. I love looking through all the albums and getting excited when I find good ones!

      9. If I’m getting anything new, it’s mostly iTunes because I can preview the songs. Once in a while, I’m brave and I try a new artist with the records. I’ve never been disappointed with that.

      10. Never have…but I don’t know. I want more Christians to win!!

      • Hm, I like your taste, I happen to love vinyl records and oldies too. MP3s are great for on-the-go, but if I can, I find CDs/records/cassettes of music I really like, I like to feel like I own a piece of it, like it’s a part of me. 🙂

    9. 1. What is your favorite genre of music?- I like praise and worship or hymns best, (Ach! I promise I’m not trying to earn brownie points…) but I really like just about any genre music.

      2. Who is your favorite band?- I love love, lovelovelove Tenth Avenue North. <3 😀 Non-Christian- probably the earlier stuff by The Fray.

      3. Who is your favorite female singer?- Bethany Dillon? She's honestly the only female singer I like, aside from one of my older sisters, who has the most beautiful voice ever. (Seriously. She does. and her heart matches it. Most of the women in my family sing really well. And the guys too. 😀 I'm one of the lesser singers, but I'm not horrible either.)

      4. Favorite male singer?- That's a hard choice because of the sheer number of awesome male singers… Non-Christian I'd have to say Scotty McCreery. Christian- hmmmm…… Phil Stacey or Matthew West. I've seen Mark Schultz in person before. He really does a good concert.

      5. Do you think it’s okay to listen to non-Christian music? Why or why not?- I see no reason why not! A lot of Non-Christian music is fun, and as long as it's not putting the wrong ideas out there, it's okay to have fun listening to non-Christian music.

      6. How often do you go see live music?- Ummm… depends. Typically once or twice a year.

      7. Where is your favorite place to listen to music? Your car, bedroom, gym, etc?- I like to listen EVERYWHERE. lol It has more to do with what's going on at the moment than where I am.

      8. Where do you buy your music–iTunes, CDs, borrowed from friends, etc?- I borrow CDs from the church library a lot, but I like to buy them at Walmart. If I just want one song, then I'll go to Amazon.

      9. What’s your favorite place to find new music–Spotify, Pandora, iTunes, etc?- Youtube, lol Pandora, or my best friend's iPod.

      10. Will you be watching the Grammys next weekend? Any top picks to win?- Nope. Nope. lol To busy for that.

      5. I think it’s absolutely okay to listen to non-Christian music. First of all, it’s always important to be aware of the culture you’re surrounded in, even if you’re not a fan of it. I also think that music can have inspiring or important messages even if they’re not directly about God. It’s just like people; they can be Godly people even if they’re not Christian 🙂

      6. The only live music I ever experience is at Catholic youth conferences 🙁

      7. I literally listen to music everywhere, but I suppose my favorite is while I’m sitting outside enjoying sunshine.

      4. Favorite male singer?
… All of them? lol Owl City (Adam Young), TobyMac, Hawk Nelson, like I said I love all of it!

      5. Do you think it’s okay to listen to non-Christian music? Why or why not?
Well, I think it kind of depends on the song. I mean, if you're a christian and you're listening to gangster rap about girls and sex and… you know, nasty stuff, then that's not good.
