This Kid’s Response To Tragedy Is Truly Inspiring And The World Is Catching On!

Meet Jaden Hayes, a normal 6-year-old boy from Savannah,Georgia. Jaden has been through a lot recently, a lot more than most 6-year-old boys should have to go through. You see, two years ago he lost his father and just recently his mom tragically died in her sleep after tucking young Jaden in to bed.

Jaden was determined to not let this tragedy steal his joy or define his life. So, Jaden decided he wanted people to know him by his smile and started a movement called the #SmileExperiment. The goal, to get people to stop have such “craggy” faces and just smile. Since the project got started less than a month ago the hashtag has generated over 1,400 photos of smiling people from all over the world.

Jaden is an inspiration for us. When tragedy struck he didn’t dwell in it. He decided that it’s much better to show that being positive even in the worst of the worst moments always is better. Jaden is making this world a much better place, more smiles > less craggy ones.

    You go Jaden!

Now, show us your #SmileExperiment moments by also including #ProjectInspired so we can see it and love it too!
