Awesome inspirational story
Two 14-year-olds from Switzerland, Daniel Huwiler and Oswald Jonas, are attempting to set a new world record for the longest wall of toppling dominoes!
According to The Local, the teens used a total of 41,680 dominoes to build a wall that’s 38 meters (about 124 feet) long. They worked on the wall for 10 hours a day for an entire week, and have a plan to make sure everything runs smoothly when they set out to send them crashing down on Saturday.
“If a single domino budges before that day, everything will collapse,” Huwiler told 20 Minutes. But if everything goes as planned, they’ll be able to claim their throne!
The current record holder, a group from Germany, has held the record since June 2012. You can see their wall (and its demolition!) in the video below:
