Tim Tebow Continues to Shine a Light

Hey ladies, I’ve always been a huge fan of football quarterback Tim Tebow. I feel that he’s not just a speaker of the Truth, but a genuine follower of Christ—not only on the football field, but in his personal life, with his family values, friendships and charitable causes. A few years back I wrote some posts about Tebow, including “Who is Tim Tebow and Why is Everyone ‘Tebowing’?” and “Tim Tebow Wants a Wife with a Servant’s Heart, But What Does That Mean?

Tebow has continued to be a light in his work, and more recently he has spent more time off the field.

The following is a picture someone took of Tebow leading prayer with his co-hosts on the set of SEC Network. The private moment took place before the cameras began rolling and it totally demonstrates how much of a light Tebow is to those around him.

TimTebow leads prayer SEC

You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set on a lampstand, where it gives light to all in the house. Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father. (Matthew 5:14-16)

Ladies, whatever we do in our lives, we are called to glorify God and share the Truth with others. God loves everyone, but not everyone knows Him. As Christians we should always spread the Gospel with others, not just in our words, but in our deeds.

The image above is such a Tim Tebow move and proves what a great role model he is for any person striving to be a true follower of Christ. This is a total Caught Being Godly moment!

Ladies, do you try to be a light in your everyday life?
