V.Rose’s New Album & JUCE Live With Propaganda!
Written by Christi Given | July 16, 2016
A couple Friday evenings ago, I had the honor of working on the JUCE Live show on the JUCE TV network, which airs Friday nights on TBN’s youth channel. Artists and influencers are interviewed, speak and perform. On Friday, June 17, the guests included pastor Kevin Lewis, Chris Santos from the College Church, Project Runway model Kalyn Hemphill, hip-hop artist (Humble Beast Records) Propaganda, V.Rose and more!
Tune into the #JUCELIVE program on the JUCE TV app (free on your smartphone) or watch online every Friday at 7 p.m. (PT).
V.Rose has a new album out called Young Dangerous Heart with Inpop Records (Mat Kearney, Newsboys and more). Some of the songs on the record are “Take a Broken Heart” (feat. Derek Minor), “I Love You So Much” (feat. Trip Lee), “Storms,” a cover of Hillsong Young and Free’s “Sinking Deep,” “Money$ on You” (feat. Flame) and more! Click here to buy her album.
Listen to V.Rose’s collab with one of my favorites, Reach Records’ Trip Lee, off her new album called “I Love You So Much (ILYSM)” right here.
Check out the WeeklyV Mag online (issue 1, with V.Rose) right here.
V.Rose is an amazing singer-songwriter in the pop and hip-hop Christian genre. This awesome artist personally impacted me, as well as the producer of “Surrender” (feat. Flame), a track V.Rose released a while back. This music video is on JUCE TV, and was playing when I first interned before I started hosting, and it inspired me to start doing Christian gospel music again. Click here to watch it.
Another artist on the recent JUCE live taping was hip-hip artist from Humble Beast Records, Propaganda is described as:
“He’s a poet, political activist, husband, father, academic and emcee. With L.A. flowing through his veins and armed with a bold message, Propaganda has assembled a body of work that challenges his listeners with every verse and reaches across the spectrum of pop culture. From aggressive battle raps to smooth introspective rhythms, Propaganda’s music will cause you to nod your head, but more importantly it will stretch your mind and heart.”
Check out Propaganda’s epic spoken word “G.O.S.P.E.L.” right here.
Propaganda has worked with Lecrae, has been interviewed for the “I Am Second” video testimonial and is changing the music industry with his clever lyrics, hot beats and unique persona. He is super friendly, relatable and down-to-earth, and when I spoke to him and asked him how I could be praying for him, he said he really just wants to learn how to be a good father in raising his kids. Wow, what an awesome role model and what a great prayer request!

I had the honor and privilege of interviewing V.Rose (such a sweet heart), and her producer Spec (cool dude), at the after-party behind the scenes of JUCE’s live program this past Friday evening. Check out some of the behind-the-scenes photos below:
