What Is Your Ideal Fall/Winter Vacation?

Depending on where you live, the weather outside right now could be freezing and snowy, or perfectly summery! But despite the differences in temperatures, the season is decidedly fall all over the country.

For this week’s polls, we’re wondering what your ideal vacation would be during this time of year. Would you embrace the season and hit the slopes? Explore the foliage in a national park? Hit up a country that’s currently experiencing summer, like Australia? Run for the beach…any beach…just to warm up? We can’t wait to see all of your unique opinions!

Answer the polls below, then let us know more in the comments.

I would totally LOVE going to Alaska during the winter. I’ve always wanted to see the Northern Lights, and I have a few friends up there.

Something I would really like to do when I get older is rent a really big log cabin in the mountains and drive up the 23 of Dec. to spend Christ eve and day, and then leave the 1st of January. (A full 8 days… 10 if you include traveling). Then we can like sled and play in the fluffy snow (the snow we get here is snow and tiny ice pellets and there’s so little of it you can’t even make a snowman.) and all that fun cliché winter stuff lol.

Can I just live at the beach and not have to deal with Wisconsin’s bipolar weather? I think that is a great idea…

I would not want to go away during Christmas. I like to be home for Christmas Day and Eve. In fact, the only place other than home that I fancy going during the Christmas season, is my grandparents’ house.
