You Are Loved, By PI Girl Gaby

As a teenager who’s known love since birth, it breaks my heart when I read or hear about people who feel like they aren’t worth it, who feel unloved. Many people don’t know they’re loved, but they need to know it. Because they are.
Maybe you need to know you’re loved, too.
I wish I could be where you are right now, sit with you, hug you and let you know you’re loved. But I can’t. So I’ll settle with writing this and hope you’ll read it.
About 2,000 years ago, a man named Jesus died for you and me. He died for you out of love. He didn’t have to do it. He chose to. Can you understand that? He chose to! He loves you with a love like no other. You are loved. You are loved and made by the same Someone who created heaven and earth. Isn’t that amazing?! You belong to Him!
Even when you feel undeserving or unlovable, He loves you. His love is forever. He loves you in every season of your life, and He always will. He loves you when you’re happy, and He loves you when you’re sad. Even when you’ve sinned, even when you’ve done the unthinkable, even when you’ve made mistakes, HE LOVES YOU!
His grace is there to reach you and save you. He will never let you go. Open up your heart and let Him come inside. Abide in His love.
And if you still don’t believe me, here’s some more proof:
“‘Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,’ says the LORD, who has compassion on you.” -Isaiah 54:10
“The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” -Zephaniah 3:17
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” -John 3:16
Do you believe me now? The list goes on and on…there are so many verses I could write about how much God loves you.
You are loved.
