You NEED to See This Video- It Goes In Line With My Before and After Shots!

No wonder a girl’s depiction of beauty is so distorted from the media. Real girls, (even supermodels because I’ve worked with them!) hardly look like their retoutched image in real life. So girls, when you see pictures in magazines, you have to know that they’ve been professionally styled with the best hair and makeup, and even that’s not good enough! Do you ever have a hard time comparing yourself to the ‘perfect’ images we see everyday?

God made you so incredibly beautiful just the way you are, no photoshop needed! Now go out and rock it girls.

    1. This is amazing! Even using so much enhancement, they still feel the need to digitally perfect everything. I have an opinion that I always say when my friends talk about things like dying their hair (I don’t believe it’s wrong, but I do have an opinion :D). I always say “God made you with YOUR hair, YOUR eyes, and YOUR everything else because HE thinks it looks good on you. God designs each of us like an artist painting a random person out of their head; the painter simply puts down what he thinks look best, designing a person that may not even exist.” So ladies, GOD MADE YOU THE WAY YOU ARE BECAUSE HE LIKES YOU LIKE THAT! So don’t try to change God’s drawing to match the Media’s Photoshop. :DDD Thanks nicole for all you’re doing. 😀

      • Hey Amanda! You are so kind for telling me that. You’re right, God DID make us with all our special qualities, and our unique faces perfect as they are! Spread this article so other girls you know can see it too!

    2. A lot of us girls feel sad about our appearances, like me. I sometimes feel pretty, other times I feel ugly. The media really DOES have a big impact on us. Thank you. And girls out there: You are beautiful, and God made you perfectly. Psalm 139 🙂

    3. Wow, seriously? I admit I get a little jealous sometimes when I see such a beautiful girl with a seemingly perfect body in a magazine, or really, any where I go since those advertisements are everryywhere! But this, I really didn’t expect. Its so shocking what photoshop and makeup can do to you.

    4. That is a lot of changing. She looked AMAZING before they did the computer touch ups! It didn’t even look like the same person when they finished. It’s really sad that advertisers do that.

    5. Wow! She was beautiful just the way she was, why ruin the natural beauty with the makeup and airbrushing? People need to remember God thinks we are beautiful, and that is what matters!

    6. Wow… and to think young girls want to look like people in the commercials and magazines :(…. that’s so pitiful. We as women need to look in the mirror everyday…and say..Wow i look beautiful. There is more than one definition of beauty because your face is your own definition! Not only look at the beauty in your face…look into your eyes and down into your soul and you’ll see what i mean!

    7. They showed this at the camp I went to last summer. I don’t remember the lesson that went along with it, but I think it had to do with “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.” My friend woke me up at 5 am every morning for the whole two weeks and I’d go with her to the bathroom where she’d put on all her makeup and straighten her hair before anyone could see her. If she started sweating the makeup off, she’d go back to the cabin and re-apply everything. ):
